Nextep focuses on performance-critical identification, where material behavior, application design, and lifecycle reliability are essential to ensure long-term performance and compliance. Our approach is identification-centric, enabled by engineered components, AIDC & RFID technologies where required.

We operate with a strong emphasis on engineering discipline, repeatability, and global program readiness — supporting customers from new product introduction through to sustaining production.

Our Vision

To be a trusted engineering partner enabling reliable performance in industrial applications through identification and function-critical material solutions.

Our Mission

  • Understand application conditions, constraints, and failure risks to engineer the right solution.
  • Deliver integrated identification and material-based solutions, including thermal, sealing, insulation, and protective components.
  • Align materials, design, and conversion with real manufacturing processes and lifecycle demands.
  • Ensure consistent performance, reliability, and quality across every application.
Our Journey

A decade of engineering-led growth

2015 — Foundation

A year of inspiration

Established as a technology-focused industrial supplier, supporting identification, data capture, and automation requirements across manufacturing environments.

2016–2019 — Industrial Exposure

Traceability, RFID & in-house converting

Expanded presence across electronics, automotive, and industrial customers; introduced traceability solutions, RFID and AIDC, and established in-house converting for labels and die-cut products. Business expanded to the Middle East & US region.

2020–2022 — Engineering Orientation

New facility & certifications

Transitioned from product supply to application-driven problem solving. Moved to a new facility in Jigani Industrial Area and achieved ISO 9001, IATF, AS9100 and UL certifications.

2023–2025 — Engineering-Led Positioning

Smart labeling & extended product lines

Launched smart and sustainable labeling solutions, and extended the product line into precision die-cut parts, thermal interface materials, insulators, thermal pads, overlays and membrane keypads.

2026 — Present

Beyond labeling

Advanced new Flexo press installed; capabilities expanded beyond labeling into engineered and thermal management solutions.

Strategic Positioning

An identification-centric engineering partner, not a commodity supplier

Identification First

We approach identification as an engineering problem, not as a consumable or printing activity.

Component-Enabled Solutions

Identification performance is enabled through materials, components, and precision conversion, selected based on specific application requirements.

Application & Lifecycle Focused

Solutions are designed to perform reliably across manufacturing, validation, and field environments.

Engineering-Led Engagement Model

Nextep supports customers from early application definition through sustaining production programs.

AIDC & RFID as Enablement

Data capture and traceability technologies are applied where they add measurable value, rather than as standalone products.

Solution Architecture

How we architect a solution, step by step

Solutions are built around identification performance, integrating materials, components, processes, and data capture as a unified system.

Why Nextep

Engineering before products

Engineering Before Products

Identification challenges are addressed through application analysis and engineering logic, rather than by pushing predefined products or materials.

Performance-Critical Focus

We specialize in identification where failure is not acceptable — across harsh environments, complex processes, and long lifecycle requirements.

Component-Enabled Architecture

Identification performance is achieved through correct selection and integration of materials, components, and precision-converted parts.

Program & Lifecycle Discipline

We operate with program-level discipline, supporting customers from early definition through validation, ramp-up, and sustaining production.

Selective Use of AIDC & RFID

Data capture and traceability technologies are applied only where they deliver clear operational or compliance value.

Certified Quality

ISO 9001:2015, IATF 16949:2016, AS9100D certified and UL Listed — engineering discipline backed by recognized standards.
